Hey gang, My names Ryan. I Develop Desktop applications, usually for Windows. I made this little Trainer application , if anyone wants to try it out. It lets you manipulate values in memory, in-order to hack stats, crafting materials, etc. If you like it, have any suggestions, or angrily yell about the console release, feel free to hmu. https://github.com/howzitkiffen/Cyber-Punk-Trainer (PS: Looking for work!)

Hello HackerNews, I'm Kaamkiya, the author of this program. It's a collection of minimal games made for terminals, like 2048, Hangman, and even two player games like pong. They're all text-based, but they can actually be quite fun. If you want to test it right now, you can do this: go run github.com/Kaamkiya/gg@latest I started this project out of boredom, honestly. I was bored, and when I'm bored I like to code or play video games. So I coded video games. I kept them really minimal though, because I'm not great at gamedev and thought it would be easier to contribute to text-based…

I made a new daily word game for web and iOS which is a funky mix of scrabble and boggle. Each day everyone gets the same randomly generated configuration of bonus tiles and letters on a grid. The app is written completely in SwiftUI and the web port is written in ts/react. Both use the same random seeds each day.

Hey everybody, I've been building a battle game where the world of NFTs meets Super Smash Bros. It works with most standard ERC721 NFTs on Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum. The game takes your NFT, crops it, and puts it into a mech suit with guns. I'm still building out the features such as multiplayer and custom mech suits and additional power ups. If you are into NFTs I would love you to try out this early single player version and give me your feedback.

I was tired of games like Mafia Wars and wanted a phone-based MMO Strategy game where hundreds of players could actually engage each other on a 2D map, so I made one. I track the state of the game each night so we can display a visual timeline of territory controlled by each alliance. (example: http://bit.ly/q5CFhU) I use jQuery mobile for the front end so it runs on most phones (via Phonegap) as well as modern web browsers. The server side is handled by Java Servlets and MySQL. This started as a hobby - I'm not a developer by training - so I am very interested in feedback, suggestions, and…

Hey HN, I made https://linkians.com which is a game where all the action and state is contained in the url. The game involves taking care of little pets (emojis) that live in your url bar. Kind of like tamagotchi or sims. Feed them, play with them, and watch out for enemies! There's no server, just emojis in the url and client-side logic. Any linkians url using the supported emojis is a valid game state so you can save your game, or type out your own url and send it to a friend. I'd appreciate any feedback.

TL;DR: Jynx is a gaming social platform that matches you with compatible teammates based on skill level, play style and schedule. Swipe to find players (Tinder-style), create or join game sessions (LFG), chat, and build your squad. 214k lines of Dart, 23 feature modules, built entirely with Claude Code as my entry into agentic engineering. Live on App Store and Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.jynx https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/jynx-where-gaming-gets-social/... --- Hi HN, long time lurker, first time poster,…

Hey, it's been a long time in the making, but we're finally ready with our public BETA version of our Android application. We're anxiously (and nervously) awaiting your feedback, so please lay it on us. Our biggest fear is hearing nothing. The game is called Super Tic Tac Toe. It's a new take on the old, boring tic tac toe that more often than not ended in a cat's game. The game board is a large tic tac toe board with each square comprised of a smaller tic tac toe board. You and an opponent place your marks on the smaller boards, each move dictating where your opponent may move next (and…
