Hey HN! My name's Nadav Hollander, and I'm the Founder of Dharma. Dharma is building an open-source library that makes it really easy to programatically borrow and lend cryptocurrencies using smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. Today we're launching our Alpha Testnet release -- a command line tool that allows you to 1. Access a line of cryptocurrency credit from the command line in under 5 minutes 2. Easily build a bot that auto-invests in loans under hyper-customizable, programmable criteria Check it out: https://github.com/dharmaprotocol/dharma-cli Why I Think…

Hi All, I released an EVM/Solidity decompiler recently, here: http://www.eveem.org/ Since it uses symbolic execution underneath, the results are quite awesome. There is also an api that delivers a .json / middle language representation of every contract here: http://eveem.org/code/{{address}}.json The plan is to open-source it as soon as I clean up the code a bit. Spent the last two month crunch-time to get it delivered from scratch :)

Hi guys, I am building Ethercup and I wanted to show you how it works: https://ethercup.github.io/ . On the website is a demo bet live right now on the Kovan test network. This bet opens today and will close in a few days. A How-to is provided on the website, but you can check out the code directly on GitHub: https://github.com/ethercup/ethercup.github.io There's no bug-bounty program, but I'm willing to share profits (if it'll yield any) in case you can break it and point me to it. Looking forward to hearing your feedback :) Also, feel free to ask…

Hey HN! I've been working on this idea off and on for a few weeks now and I figured it was time to show it to folks before continuing to build it out any further (hence the terrible UI). The idea is this: A smart contract that allows players to win the tokens in the contract in proportion to the number of tokens they've depositing into the smart contract. For example, if you and another player enter a round with 1 token each, you both have a 50/50 shot of winning the other's token. Here's the catch. Anyone can end the round at any moment, even people who haven't deposited any tokens.…
