Products that do what Goclone – your ultimate tool for offline web browsing does
Hi guys! Introducing Goclone, a powerful tool that allows you to download entire websites from the Internet and store them on your local machine. It's your one-stop solution to capture HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and other server-based files, providing you offline access to your favorite online content. One of Goclone's key features is its ability to maintain the original website's relative link structure. This means that you can open any page of the downloaded website in your browser and navigate through it as if you were online. The links work seamlessly, providing an authentic browsing…

I needed a lightweight way to archive documentation from a website. wget and similar tools failed to clone the site reliably (missing assets, broken links, etc.), so I ended up building a full website-cloning tool using Node.js + Puppeteer. Repo: https://github.com/jademsee/webclone Feedback, issues, and PRs are very welcome.

Hey everyone! I just released v1.0.0 of gomponents last week. It's an HTML component builder in pure Go, with a DSL-like HTML syntax. It's been 4 years in the making, and makes it really easy to build HTML in your web apps.

No gc, No goroutines, Produces small binaries while using the unmodified official go toolchain, and comes with complete Web SDK (generated from w3c/webref). We are building `pcz` to provide a reimagination of Go the language, in an effort to make it suitable for all kinds of programming tasks, and currently you can use it to build efficient web applications in Go using the generated Web SDK (as shown with the live web demo[1]). The journey is just starting, any suggestions? or any critics? [1]: https://primecitizens.github.io/livedemos/10-plat-web/

We are longtime members of HN and this is our only submission requesting feedback from the HN community on our product, Clipboard which we have been developing for the past year. Clipboard is a service to save anything online using a bookmarklet or browser extension (think Dropbox for content on the web). Clipboard is built using open source technologies, including Riak, Redis, NGINX, Node.js, and jQuery. One of our core differentiators is how we preserve the visual look and functionality of the original source, which is evident in the sample clips from github here:…

For a while, I've struggled to really get into the Mobile ecosystem. With the duopology that Google (Android) and Apple (iOS) hold on the mobile ecosystem, it's very difficult for developers to build and maintain decent mobile apps, especially when you're a solo developer and UI/UX isn't exactly you're fore anyway. So I built (after some experiments with a friend @xuu) a little Go application framework that combines HTMX, DaisyUI/TailwindCSS and Service Workers with a little hack that works remarkably well that I've been able to build 3 quite nicely polished mobile apps (PWAs you…
