Products that do what I built AI Agents for continuous customer feedback does
Growth is harder than ever. Acquisition costs, churn, customer expectations, # of competitors—all way up! Understanding your customer is your moat but traditional methods aren't great. Survey's lack depth. Human interviews aren't repeatable, scalable or convenient (for you or your customers). Franko let's you create and deploy agents to have short, targeted conversations at critical points in your customer journey. Configure your agent with a "Conversation Plan" and other details (i.e. # questions to ask, etc) and then send directly to customers! I.e. you might configure an agent to…

I'm a solo founder building AMA2, a messaging runtime made for AI agents. This is my first Show HN, so I'd really appreciate your feedback. What brought me this idea: At first, I was building an AI agent for solo creators that knows everything about you and can do business chore on your behalf. When I tried to plug it into normal chat tools like Telegram, Discord, Slack... , they all felt wrong for agents: 1. They don't care about an agent's context. To follow a thread, the agent has to pull the whole history every time. 2. Giving each agent its own account is painful. If you have (or will…

Hey HN, I wanted to see what happens if you put a large group in control of a site that’s completely built and updated by an AI agent. See the site here: https://youarethepm.com. I first tried this with a small group of co-workers and it worked surprisingly well, so the obvious next step was: give it to a bigger group of strangers and see what we learn. This site is fully autonomous. An AI agent reads this thread, decides what to do, writes code, and ships updates on a virtual computer. I might step in if it gets totally stuck, but the goal is for the site to evolve primarily based…

I'm Tom, the cofounder of Canonical AI. I build a Voice AI agent that interviews you, then writes LinkedIn and X posts based on the interview. ### Why did I build this? 1. LinkedIn and X are b2b lead goldmines. But generating content is hard. You have to figure out what to say. If you're like me, you have trouble coming up with social post ideas when staring at a blank screen. But interesting ideas arrive when I step away from my laptop and talk to people. Also, it's hard to compose the content in a way that appeases the platform algorithms. 2. I want to dogfood my product. We’re building…

Hey HN, I’m Chris, a solo dev in Melbourne AU. For the past month I've been spending my after work hours building AgentVisa. I'm both excited (and admittedly nervous) to be sharing it with you all today. I've been spending a lot of time thinking about the future of AI agents and the more I experimented, the more I realized I was building on a fragile foundation. How do we build trust into these systems? How do we know what our agents are doing, and who gave them permission? My long-term vision is to give developers an "Agent Atlas" - a clear map of their agentic workforce, showing where…

Hey, I'm Marc one of the co-founders of Fabi! We've all seen the "chat with your data" or the "AI-as-an-assistant" when building reports, but we felt like this wasn't quite right. So we decided to build a system that allowed users to: * Connect any data source to the AI * Purely chat with the AI and their data (so we show the output right in the chat before you even apply the changes) * Convert that chat to a repeatable analysis with a data app or workflow * Toggle back to chat mode without missing a beat Basically this means that if you're a data person, you don't have to go through these…

hello everyone, my first post! AA here, founder of ⌘ Langbase.com — we are a developer platform for building and scaling serverless AI memory agents. I know surveys can be boring, but this one’s different—it’s interactive! That's very much intentional. My team and I have been up for the last 21 hours putting together this report. This was a looot of work, so I hope y'all like it. Introducing … State of AI Agents 2024 report On Langbase, we processed 184 billion tokens and handled 786 million AI agent runs from 36K developers. From all that data plus insights from 3.4K builders who filled out…

I've been experimenting with ways to increase AI adoption for non-technical people. Basically, all companies are pushing for AI because it's all over the news and they feel left behind but most people have no clue where to start. I think 90% of people (ie non coders) are sufficiently well served by using cowork instead of claude code or something similar. If we can get people from sales, customer support, marketing, etc to collaborate with skills and cowork to form a company brain, I think it's gold. So I think there's opportunity for the community to share skills that work well for 1000s of…

Hi HN, I’m Harrison, co-founder of Listed. Today we're launching our agentic platform to help your business win in the new age of AI. You can try the platform here: https://getlisted.ai And watch the launch video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJUPo6H78z8 The idea for this came from pure frustration. I asked ChatGPT about my own company and it hallucinated, inventing features and getting basic facts wrong. I realized there was no mechanism for a business to provide a verified source of truth to these models. This problem is now existential. With Google's AI…

Hey folks, I'm Yuval. I run a tiny startup called Glitter AI. It's just me full-time here, with a couple of freelances to help here and there. A couple of months ago, I went from managing zero requests to hundreds -- overnight (won Product of the day on Product Hunt). As someone who gets VERY easily distracted (maybe you relate), I had to find some sort of way of handling all the chaos if I didn't want to burn out. I came up with a pretty cool automation flow that I thought folks on HN here may be interested in reading about :) So here goes: Most of my interactions come through Intercom.…

I found myself building a bunch of LLM-backed features that needed to use tool calling, and some of those tools involved doing things that were somewhat high stakes - communicating on my behalf or modifying shared / production data. one example - I wanted to replace a marketing website with a chatbot + vector DB loaded with the previous content, docs, and blog posts. Between hallucinations, missing knowledge base info, and the LLM generally writing like an psuedo-intellectual high schooler, I realized I couldn't trust it to communicate unsupervised with my website visitors. I needed a…
