I'm happy to announce the release of LineTime 1.5! LineTime is an iPad and iPhone app that lets you view the last 2000 years of history as a gorgeous, zoomable timeline. Pinch to zoom in to see individual days, or zoom out to see centuries. Tap on events to display information about that event. Most information is taken from Wikipedia, but with version 1.5 we also include over 400 well-researched, in-depth articles written by findingdulcinea.com (history articles geared toward teachers).
