DeltaMemory▲104Most AI agents forget everything between sessions. We built DeltaMemory to fix that. It's a cognitive memory layer that gives agents persistent recall, automatic fact extraction, and temporal reasoning — via a single SDK call. Key numbers: - 89% accuracy on LoCoMo long-term conversation benchmark - 50ms p50 retrieval latency - 97% cost reduction vs raw token re-processing Open source SDKs, works with any LLM stack. Currently in early access. Happy to answer questions about the architecture, benchmark methodology, or how we handle knowledge graphs.

I've been working on Polign and built a small prototype around something I've been thinking about with agent memory. I have built a lightweight/stateless vector db + BM25 search which works really well with typed facts and structured queries. It uses your own S3, or GCS bucket as primary storage, and restarting a node is fairly quick. Hey HN! I'm Arindam, part of the team behind Memori (https://memori.gibsonai.com/). Memori adds a stateful memory engine to AI agents, enabling them to stay consistent, recall past work, and improve over time. With Memori, agents don’t lose track of multi-step workflows, repeat tool calls, or forget user preferences. Instead, they build up human-like memory that makes them more reliable and efficient across sessions. We’ve also put together demo apps (a personal diary assistant, a research agent, and a travel planner) so you can see memory in action. Current LLMs are stateless…

Hi HN! Today me and qianli_cs want to share a new open-source project we've been working on called Durable Swarm. It's a drop-in replacement for OpenAI’s Swarm that augments it with durable execution to make your agentic workflows resilient to failures, so that if they are interrupted or restarted, they automatically resume from their last completed steps. https://github.com/dbos-inc/durable-swarm We believe that as multi-agent workflows become more common, longer-running, and more interactive, it's important to make them reliable. If an agent spends hours waiting for…

Tired of AI coding tools that forget everything between sessions? Every time I open a new chat with Claude or fire up Copilot, I'm back to square one explaining my codebase structure. So I built something to fix this. It's called In Memoria. Its an MCP server that gives AI tools persistent memory. Instead of starting fresh every conversation, the AI remembers your coding patterns, architectural decisions, and all the context you've built up. The setup is dead simple: `npx in-memoria server` then connect your AI tool. No accounts, no data leaves your machine. Under the hood it's TypeScript +…

At Metabase, we built an AI agent called Repro-Bot that reads our GitHub issues and attempts to reproduce reported bugs automatically. It started as a hackathon project and is now part of our daily workflow, so we wrote about it and open-sourced the code as an example for others. How have similar tools been working for you? What has worked well and what has not?

AgentState to solve a problem I kept running into: managing state for multi-agent AI systems is surprisingly hard. When you have multiple AI agents that need to coordinate, persist their state, and query each other's status, you typically end up with a mess of Redis/Postgres setups, custom queuing, and manual synchronization code. The whole thing is ~3MB, written in Rust for performance and safety, runs in Docker, and handles 1000+ ops/sec. I've been running it in production for AI workflows and it's been rock solid.

Hi HN, I’ve been building AI agents and copilots, and kept running into a frustrating problem: they don’t fail loudly, they forget things quietly. Users re-explain preferences, agents contradict earlier responses, and context resets without any clear visibility into why. I built Memograph CLI as a debugging tool to analyze conversation transcripts and show: - what the agent forgot - where continuity broke - contradictions and repeated context - estimated token waste due to re-prompting It works locally and supports plain text or JSON transcripts. Example: $ memograph Output: Cognitive Drift…
