Hey HN! I'm Baha, creator of Mysti. The problem: I pay for Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, and Gemini but only one could help at a time. On tricky architecture decisions, I wanted a second opinion. The solution: Mysti lets you pick any two AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini) to collaborate. They each analyze your request, debate approaches, then synthesize the best solution. Your prompt → Agent 1 analyzes → Agent 2 analyzes → Discussion → Synthesized solution Why this matters: each model has different training and blind spots. Two perspectives catch edge cases one would miss. It's like pair…

Hey HN, Small OSS project that i created for myself and want to share with the community. It's a declarative, scriptable, terminal-based IDE focussed on agentic engineering. That's a lot of jargon, but essentially its a multi-agent IDE that you start in your terminal. Why is that relevant? Thanks to tmux and SSH, it means that you have a really simple and efficient way to create your own always-on coding setup. Boot into your IDE through ssh, give a prompt to claude and close off your machine. In tmux-ide claude will keep working. The tool is intentionally really lightweight, because I think…

Hi HN, I'm excited to share some early tinkering on a project, autospec, an open-source QA agent for web applications. Right now it's not fully packaged for use, but I wanted to get the idea out early and am looking for design feedback, suggestions, and open source collaborators to join in. I wrote it over memorial weekend :) autospec uses vision and text language models to explore and generate commonsense e2e tests for web applications. The goal is human-like evaluation: assessing the entire UI as a user would, making decisions based on the actual state of the application at each step, with…

I started this project back in 2015, to translate the TeX original specification into an easily parsed format (s-doc), and to create an HTML rendering of that format as a proof of concept. The project is homed here: https://codeberg.org/dlowe/metaspectre/ Differences from the Hyperspec (from the README): - Most importantly, it is free to modify and distribute. - The original TeX is very hard to parse and use for things other than generating a printed copy. The Hyperspec is an HTML rendering which can be parsed as HTML, but loses a lot of information. The Metaspec has…
