Hey HN, I’m an engineer at Supabase [0] and one of the creators of this demo. My team and I have been working hard to bring developers the next version of Supabase Realtime. The current version of Realtime [1] is a Change Data Capture (CDC) server for a PostgreSQL database that broadcasts changes via WebSockets to authorized subscribers. It’s written in Elixir/Phoenix. The server utilizes PostgreSQL’s logical replication functionality, which writes database changes to Write-Ahead Logging (WAL) segment files, and a replication slot, responsible for managing and retaining WAL files.…

Hi HN! We’re Yann, Edouard, and Bastien from Koyeb (https://www.koyeb.com/). We’re building a platform to let you deploy full-stack apps on high-performance hardware around the world, with zero configuration. We provide a “global serverless feeling”, without the hassle of re-writing all your apps or managing k8s complexity [1]. We built Scaleway, a cloud service provider where we designed ARM servers and provided them as cloud servers. During our time there, we saw customers struggle with the same issues while trying to deploy full-stack applications and APIs resiliently. As…

Kodosumi▲167Hi Hacker News, I’m part of the team behind Kodosumi. We built it because deploying agentic services in production was much harder than building proof-of-concepts. Many frameworks let you build agents, but when you want them to run long tasks, scale across machines, or be observed/monitored reliably, things fall apart. Kodosumi is our answer to that. It’s an open-source runtime that uses Ray + FastAPI + Litestar to let you: Deploy “agents” and “flows” and expose APIs easily, with minimal config (just one YAML) Scale horizontally for bursty workloads and long-running tasks without losing…

Buildstash▲168Hey HN! We just launched open sign up on Buildstash. It's a platform for managing and sharing software binaries. I'd worked across game dev, mobile apps, and agencies - and found every team had no real system for managing their built binaries. Often just dumped in a shared folder (if someone remembered!). No system for versioning, keeping track of who'd signed off what when, or what exact build had gone to a client, etc. Existing tools out there for managing build artifacts are really focused on package repository management. But miss all the other types of software not being deployed that…

I've built this to make it easy to host your own infra for lightweight VMs at large scale. Intended for exec of AI-generated code, for CICD runners, or for off-chain AI DApps. Mainly to avoid Docker-in-Docker dangers and mess. Super easy to use with CLI / Python SDK, friendly to AI engs who usually don't like to mess with VM orchestration and networking too much. Defense-in-depth philosophy. Would love to get feedback (and contributors: clear & exciting roadmap!), thx

I've always been curious about real-time multiplayer user interfaces. When I found out about CRDTs and Yjs[1] I thought they could serve as a solid base for a project like that. So I built this pretty simple desktop-like UI (heavily inspired by lifeat.io) and used Yjs to replicate the whole UI state among multiple peers, creating the experience of a unique interface. Kodus▲145Hey everyone, Just wanted to share a quick update we just launched at Kodus. For those who don’t know it yet, Kodus is a code review agent that runs directly in your team’s Git workflow (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket… and now Azure DevOps as well). It helps maintain code quality and consistency by analyzing each PR based on your team’s own rules and repository standards. Support for Azure had been a common request — so if your team uses it, you can now plug Kodus right into your workflow and give it a try. Docs: https://docs.kodus.io/how_to_use/en/overview Repo:…
