I made this for people like myself who keep a list of ideas for apps / startups. I also made it for people who are curious to see what projects others have "in their drawer"... and who may want to have a say in which idea should see the light of day. https://ideas.dynamate.io/ The site allows creators to anonymously showcase their idea: Title. Description text. Maybe some mockups... I've tried to make it so that it's quick and easy to just dump an idea in there that's been sitting on some list of yours for months - and hopefully get some feedback on it. If someone else on…

I started a newsletter sending out daily startup ideas. After a year, I transitioned to weekly ideas with more in-depth details. I recently posted all of them to the website and made them searchable. Check it out and let me know what you think. By providing more than just an idea, my hope is to help someone start their next business. https://www.startupsfromthebottom.com/

I scraped more than 400 urls that were listed as supposed good places to launch a startup. I checked out each one, and found a lot of neglected sites, domains for sale, sites asking a lot of money to list your startup, etc. I made notes about my experience with each. I think this could be useful to other startups.

It's created by two students from my town. They showed it to me and I thought it was pretty neat. I tried it out and helped them with their copy a bit and it seems to be an app that can do well. I'll pass your critique and praises to the founders when I see them this weekend. The website is http://buzzerping.com/

When I see what some HN members have done in a weekend on their projects, it makes it hard to confess that it has taken us 1 year to get to this stage. I kept trying to make things perfect, but finally I have seen the light - it will never be perfect and even in its current state, I see so much we need to improve, but it's something. Instead of delaying even more, I thought I would release it to the best critics out there - HN say hello to MyProperty.com Hope to hear your feedback, criticism, thoughts.

I'm a Computer Science student who loves creating things. Even though university is tough, I always make time for personal projects. Yesterday, I launched my first website that aims to help startup founders find their ideal team members and, at the same time, assist individuals in joining projects that align with their skills and interests. There are also a ranking of the most popular startups and some filters you can use to search what you are looking fot

So I've been obsessed with a weird question for the past 6 months, what happens to SEO when everyone starts asking ChatGPT for recommendations instead of Googling? The answer, apparently, is chaos. And maybe opportunity? I built FirstClick because I noticed something strange. My previous startup was getting zero traffic from AI assistants, but our competitor (objectively worse product, sorry not sorry) was getting mentioned by Claude and Perplexity constantly. It drove me crazy. So I reverse engineered why. Turns out there's a whole new game being played and most founders don't even know it…

Hey my name is Ivo and I'm a developer and a startup entusiast. My girlfriend was out of the coutry for the weekend and I decided to do something cool like building a startup. I've done a few startups over the years but that's the first I actually released, I would love to hear your feedback on it.

I kept seeing more and more Product Hunt alternatives pop up, so I started tracking them in a spreadsheet to potentially use for future launches. The list was sitting at around 80 sites when I decided to deep dive and see how many more I could find. So I then built IndieLaunch: 250+ directories to help you launch your startup. It's free to use and includes Domain Rating (DR) and traffic info so you can pick the right spot to get the most eyes on your launch.

Hey HN, I'm Aydin, a 13-year-old developer and indie maker looking to improve the world with my small startups. Recently, I built 2 micro SaaS projects. I spent days & weeks coding features, always telling myself that after coding one more feature I was for sure to get traction. This never happened. The reason: I never launched. With IndieReq, you can launch your startup fast and get real user feedback so you know exactly what features to ship and improve. All you have to do is sign up for free, create a feedback board, and share the public link with your users. It's that easy! If you've…

http://pitchremix.com About a month ago, I launched this site. I got a ton of great feedback and updated the service. Some things I've changed: - Site is much simpler and has less text to read - I've gotten a few testimonials - We now work with you to make the pitch. So there's a lot of back and forth. All feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I am announcing the private beta of my first web app (http://getfounder.com). The beta will launch in just one city, which will be determined by the number of entries on the location-aware sign up page. As this is my first public release, I'm looking to the HN community to offer me feedback on what I should/shouldn't be displaying on the homepage. I'd be grateful for any advice you had to offer. Thanks, and I hope to see some of you in the private beta! Colin

I created this tool, RantGPT, to let you share ideas with gpt-4o and connet with others who have similar thoughts. I made it to help us find cofounders and soul mates more easily, but you can share anything and see if anyone else has thought something similar. Please let me know what you think!?

Hi HN, I’m super excited to share my weekend project here and I really hope you find it inspirational and useful. I've spent most of Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK (Memorial day weekend for those in the US) going through Wayback machine and Web archive to create a timeline of how popular startup websites have evolved over time since their launch. As the (now) famous quote from Reid Hoffman goes: "If you are not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you have launched too late." Hope this helps inspire more founders to just get out their and start building. I'm going to…

Hey guys, I put together a site that has services and products that would be useful for startups and small businesses at http://www.startupoffers.net/ Right now there is very little content (deals/offers) but I am trying to validate the idea before I spend the next few days entering data. Let me know what you think about: - the concept itself - the site look/feel PS: monetization strategy is through affiliate links and if I get enough email signups I can potentially sell newsletter ads. PPS: There is a chicken/egg problem here, if I get enough subscribers, I can…

orignally shared this on startup school... i thought id' share it here. i'm using a `nocode communication tool` (a web-based interface... a single browser tab!) for all of these things: 1. landing page — the landing page is the product and i wanted for folks to feel "transported" right into the app without having to walk through a shitty b2b marketing-style content. this is akin to my experience back in the `BBS` days of the mid-90's where you were immediately into the app, community, and tool. no terms of service, no privacy policy. just pure, immediate value. 2. building community — we…
