Hey everyone! i built this free tool that basically let you appear as literally anyone in video calls. it uses the latest tech in audio driven portrait animation. Would love to have some people test this out and let me know what you think! It's currently available on ubuntu systems. it works best with 4070 or 3080 gpus and up! basically anything with about 30TFLOPS on fp16. It runs totally on your device for 100% privacy too. Hi HN. I had faced an issue where I wanted to know how a place I was travelling to looked like. Like everyone else I looked at google maps and snap chat too. But Google streetview images were usually old and snapchat snaps lacked control. So I built GeoQuests for anyone who wants to know what’s going on on Earth. You drop a quest at a real location. People see it on the map, go there, and complete it by taking a photo when they’re close enough. I built a live video privacy filter that helps smart glasses app developers handle privacy automatically. How it works: You can replace a raw camera feed with the filtered stream in your app. The filter processes a live video stream, applies privacy protections, and outputs a privacy-compliant stream in real time.
