Hi everyone - I've been working on this automatic journal for a long time. It takes your photos, makes them look nice, and also journals the places you go just by having your phone in your pocket. Would love your feedback!

Six months ago, I went full-time indie, but I haven't released anything so far. The products just never felt good enough for me to publicly say this is what I'm doing now. To get out of this mindset, I decided to make an app for myself in a week, add monetization, release it and move on. The app idea was simple: Reflect on your day by answering the same four questions out loud. The answers are transcribed and with regular use you can see what influences you the most and take action. All on-device, as otherwise I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing my thoughts. I had all core features working…

Hi Guys I`ve been working on an app that helps you with self-reflection. You can reflect on anything you want and see your progress with statistics! The app reminds you of self-reflection every day so you will never forget it. Im confident that it will help you achieve all your dreams and eliminate some of your problems. I tried it myself with a few colleagues and it worked for all of us! Here is the link if you want to check it out Apple: https://apps.apple.com/ch/app/reflect-check/id1555762987 Android:…

I actually started it June 2011 to learn iOS, launched it in September, and have been steadily adding features and making improvements. It's something I use every day and I hope other people find it useful. Enjoy!

Hey HN! This is my first iOS app. I built it because I was curious about SwiftUI and wanted to learn by doing. Since Lent is around the corner, I thought I'd share it with you. It has also been hunted on PH today: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/ascent I relied heavily on ChatGPT to build it, and honestly it was quite frustrating at times. The best part of building the app was to do it in public, as I shared regular updates on X and ended up having amazing conversations.

Reflect is an iOS app that allows you to track any data you can think of, and then gain insights from that data -- whether it's your mood, symptoms, activities, events, performance, supplements, habits, or weight. We have a page describing the following features in more detail [1] Major Features: • Free unlimited custom tracking: Unlike other apps, recording your data with Reflect is completely free; you can track as much as you'd like and you are only limited by your imagination. • Visualization: See trends in your data and identify relationships between metrics. • Correlations: Learn which…

This is the first version of an app idea I had last month as a way to dip my toes into some of the AI APIs. The idea is you can record yourself answering and rehearsing what you'll say to common interview questions, and receive AI feedback on how you did and how you can improve. In the future I may expand into other subject areas, but wanted to scope it to the behavioral interview format for the time being. Super open to feedback and suggestions!

i built a heart rate zone training app for runners. ios + apple watch. custom zones, real-time haptics, post-run graphs. all the “smart” stuff you’d expect. but i never talked to a single runner before building it. not even myself lol. started as a thesis → kept building → added features → added a paywall (€4/month!) → launched it → and yeah… no one cared. zero feedback. zero users. just code in the void. i recently made the whole thing free. not trying to “sell” anything now — just seeing if it’s actually useful, and listening this time. curious how others handle this. ever build…

Hello there! I hope you're doing well today! I wanted to share something with you. Recently I was on the hunt for the best way to journal daily. Well, I had this idea - what if I could feed all my daily entries to an AI (ChatGPT), and create a friendly, supportive character like Socrates or Simon Sinek? This way, I could ask any questions about my life and mental health, and get some amazing advice on how to improve myself! The results have been absolutely mind-blowing ! I even made a short GIF to show you how it works - check it out! - https://gifyu.com/image/SdHLH I've…
