The current version of Realtime [1] is a Change Data Capture (CDC) server for a PostgreSQL database that broadcasts changes via WebSockets to authorized subscribers. It’s written in Elixir/Phoenix. It uses tmux for visible controlled sessions or xterm.js for headless sessions (a little slower), but everything is mediated by an actual Claude Code TUI. I made a table where you can find out the source/location of factory for where health supplements are made. Then, I spent a year reading product labels so you can save time and money when buying supplements. This is that update. This is still a work in progress but it functions fine. My previous post was a simple database of company data showing ingredient sourcing/location. That took 10 days, this has taken me close to 9 months. Been exploring the Transparency in Coverage Rule (https://www.cms.gov/healthplan-price-transparency) that forces every health insurer to publish their contract rates with every provider they have in network in a machine readable format (json files) These published files are massive (about a petabyte of data a month with individual files up to 20GB) and a PITA to dig through.
