Hey everyone, We have been building SecureAI Tools -- an open-source application layer for ChatGPT and ChatPDF-like AI tools. It works with locally running LLMs as well as with OpenAI-compatible APIs. For local LLMs, it supports Ollama which supports all the gguf/ggml models. Currently, it has two features: Chat-with-LLM, and Chat-with-PDFs. It is optimized for self-hosting use cases and comes with basic user management features. Here are some quick demos: * Chat with documents using OpenAI's GPT3.5 model: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br2D3G9O47s * Chat with documents…

Hi HN! Last year the project I launched here got a lot of good feedback on creating speech to speech AI on the ESP32. Recently I revamped the whole stack, iterated on that feedback and made our project fully open-source—all of the client, hardware, firmware code. This Github repo turns an ESP32-S3 into a realtime AI speech companion using the OpenAI Realtime API, Arduino WebSockets, Deno Edge Functions, and a full-stack web interface. You can talk to your own custom AI character, and it responds instantly. I couldn't find a resource that helped set up a reliable, secure websocket (WSS) AI…

Hi! It's a complete product with integrations to Auth0, OpenAI, Google Cloud and Stripe, which consists of Next.js Web App, Node.js + Express Web API and Python + FastAPI AI API I've built this software, because I wanted to make money by selling tokens to enable users talking with the chatbot. But I think Google / Apple will include such AI-powered assistant in their products soon, so nobody will pay me for using it So I open source the product today and share it as a GNU GPL-2 licensed software I'm happy to assist in case if something is unclear or requires additional docs and answer…

The official Slack AI product looks great, but with limited access and add-on pricing, I decided to open-source the version I built. Especially for all the communities on Slack that would have to convert to paid and buy the upgrade to access the official SlackAI product/add-on which is not going to be financially viable in most cases. There's no plan to sell anything, just something I built as a way to learn some new tools that I thought others might get use out of. The repo is a ready-to-run slack app that provides thread summaries and channel overviews on demand using OpenAI (heavy…

Hi everyone, we’re a small team, supported by Mozilla, who are working on re-imagining a UI for training, tuning and testing local LLMs. Everything is open source. If you’ve been training your own LLMs or have always wanted to, we’d love for you to play with the tool and give feedback on what the future development experience for LLM engineering could look like.

Hey HN, I have been working on a side project for the last 3 months, built around LangchainJS and pgvector. It now supports ChatGPT, Llama, Claude, and Bison models, and the bot can integrate with WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord for now. I would really appreciate some feedback. Thanks! repo: https://github.com/n4ze3m/dialoqbase
