Hello HNers, We have just released our Android App for Finderous and it can be downloaded from Goolge Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.finderous. Finderous (http://www.findero.us) is a location aware Q&A app with following places as the main feature. Finderous is also available on iPhone and was released a few months back. I would really appreciate some feedback on the app with comments and suggestions. Thanks

Hi guys! Our team of HN lurkers been hard at work for what feels like an eternity now and today we're proud to present our first public product: The Walkbase library for Android. You can get it at www.walkbase.com With Walkbase, app developers can push location-specific room-level context (e.g. in-game content, coupons, mobile ads) to various smartphone apps. http://impromptudo.com is a small project I've been working on. Just a webapp for now but I think it qualifies as an MVP. Also has a mobile version at the same url or http://m.impromptudo.com. Right now it pulls in data from meetup.com for upcoming meetups in several populous cities so it's not just an empty map. You can also click on the map to put up your own post. Trying to stay away from making it all social networky, there are plenty of those already.<p>Finally, I'm not a designer, as you can see.

Hi Everyone, I've just launched my new android app Rova http://bit.ly/1kZOkwm which allows you to view streamed video stories about different places based on your location. There's also a pokemon go style element that pays you for visiting popular locations based on the community. Long time lurker, short time member. A few weeks ago I released my new Android app, SemiSilent, which allows you to whitelist contacts so that they ring your phone even when it's on silent mode. I've found it useful when on call or when my wife is working hours that I'm sleeping. I've already released a few updates, and I'm working on adding a few more based on feedback I've gotten.
