Hello HN, new user here, so please let me know if I break some rules. Currently I've been working on training reinforcement learning agents, and OpenAI gym, while is great, runs only one agent at a time. Hence I decided to extend it. I built a wrapper around OpenAI gym, such that it now runs several environments concurrently. All while (mostly) having the same call signature as OpenAI gym. And it is published to PyPI for anyone interested. For more details, please visit: https://github.com/Chimpan-Z/agymc Feedback really appreciated! Have a good day everyone!

Hi HN. I'm the founder of Phoenix Labs (ex TikTok, Applied AI) and we're open sourcing our internal tooling today which is like a toolchain / meta-harness for CLI agents useful for really scaling eng and creative work. We are a very small team who's building a very ambitious product so we had to find ways to squeeze every ounce of efficiency that we could get our hands on. Harness strengths of different models (Claude, GPTs) and CLI-harnesses (Claude Code, Codex), safe/robust browser integration to speed up UX/QA testing, teams cli to speed up security reviews and parallelize…

I’ve been building LLM tooling for a small VC fund and found myself explaining the same mental model over and over to non-technical people around me: how a stateless LLM becomes a chatbot, how tool use works, what an agent is mechanically, and why context windows shape all of it. I never found a guide that covered that full chain at the level I wanted, so I wrote one. It’s nine short chapters, each building on the last. Deliberately simplified: the goal is a useful mental model, not a textbook. Feedback, corrections, and contributions welcome: github.com/ymyke/aiaiai

I built Hermes, an open-source Python framework for multi-agent financial research. Most AI “equity research” demos stop at generating text. In practice, real workflows require pulling structured XBRL financials from SEC filings, extracting labeled sections like MD&A and Risk Factors, merging macro and market data, building actual Excel models with formulas, and generating investment memos in Word or PDF. Hermes is designed to handle that full pipeline end to end. It includes 35 financial data tools covering SEC EDGAR (via edgartools), FRED, Yahoo Finance market data, and RSS-based financial…

This repository gives you everything needed to supercharge your Cursor or Windsurf IDE with advanced agentic AI capabilities—similar to the $500/month Devin—but at a fraction of the cost. In under a minute, you’ll gain: * Automated planning and self-evolution, so your AI “thinks before it acts” and learns from mistakes * Extended tool usage, including web browsing, search engine queries, and LLM-driven text/image analysis * [Experimental] Multi-agent collaboration, with o1 doing the planning, and regular Claude/GPT-4o doing the execution.

Hi all, I threw together a small prototype I am calling “Notepad.ai”. A new take on UIs for interacting with LLMs. While I enjoy using LLM’s in the chat format I wanted to see what it would be like to do it in a more long form style. It let’s you write in a pretty free form, much like Window’s Notepad, but you can choose to hit ctrl+[ to analyze the text with a preset prompt of your choosing. It has a few other small features. It’s WIP and very experimental. I would appreciate any feedback or thoughts. Video: https://youtu.be/ntdlgFmSxQY Live Demo:…

Mintlify Pro costs 250 USD per month. We wanted something similar (AI assistant and nice UI), but fully customizable and cheap. So we built GibsonAI docs in 1 day for about 50 USD. How we did it: Used Lovable for UI components + rendering MDX beautifully (Markdown stored in GitHub). Built an AI Agent for docs using Agno + Memori → personalized Q&A and “smart educator.” Stored embeddings in LanceDB and metadata in our SQL DB. Bonus: We can share our reusable design templates and source code so you can deploy on Vercel (or anywhere) and skip Lovable costs. Would love feedback on what features…
