Pagy 1.0▲375Hi, today I launched Pagy, a website builder that works like Notion. It’s currently limited to one-page websites but I’m planning to add support for multiple pages soon. I’ve been working on this for over a year and half on the side, and recently quit my job to go full-time on it. The front-end is built on React and Next.js, running on Vercel, and I’m using Slate.js for the editor. The back-end is a Ruby on Rails API, running on Render. Would love to hear your thoughts and happy to answer any questions.

I recently stripped out Django from my personal site and converted it to a static site, using `staticjinja`. I found myself writing a lot of custom code to get my site going because I wanted to use Jinja templating inside Markdown. Once I was done, I decided to strip out `staticjinja` in favour of my own site generator. And so Jinjabread was born!

I built Morph, an experimental fullstack HTML-first library for Deno, Node, and Bun. Everything returns HTML, not JSON. No React, no Vite — just plain HTML with server-side rendering. No build steps, no preprocessors, no complex configs — everything runs from a single file. Perfect for Telegram Web Apps, internal tools, simple admin panels, dashboards, or anywhere a full-blown SPA feels like overkill. Important: I built this entirely for myself — to solve my own problems. I hate complex frontend. I hate writing it. And I don’t want to waste time on it. But maybe it’ll help you too.
