Hello. I was looking for a simple and clean habit tracker. I went through a few apps but felt they were missing something. I also had some time on my hands, so decided to make my own and share it in case anyone else likes it. Some of the supported features: Streaks based, track and beat your longest streaks Fully useable offline Freezes (similar to Duolingo's streak freezes) Visual map for tracking consistency Pause the app when you need a break or will be away For anyone curious about the tech stack: - React for frontend - Dexie cloud for storage and syncing - Vercel for hosting Link:…

I've often wondered whether there are any patterns or cycles to my moods so I built a simple iPhone app that occasionally pings me to ask how I'm feeling on a scale of 1 - 10. I also note down what I'm thinking or doing at that moment and automatically grab my location. I use the data to show some basic statistics on how I've been feeling on average over the past three days, past week and since I started tracking. There's also a graph of my moods over time. I'd love to get feedback on whether people would find something like this useful. I'm curious about what other things people would want…

I kept trying to explain how important outdoor light is and how most people aren’t getting enough. Eventually I figured that showing is more effective than telling. So we built a free app that uses your Apple Watch or iPhone to automatically track your light exposure throughout the day. It tells you if you’re getting enough, shows you how consistent you are, and rewards habits that support hormone balance. It's in beta on TestFlight, let me know what you think!

Moodlogger is an iPhone app that lets you log your mood at any given time. The idea is to be able to share it with others and to generate statistics for users, showing how often they are [happy,angry,sad,etc.]. It was a fun exercise for me to build so I thought I'd share my (dev) experiences with you. I don't like habit streaks. They backfire as soon as the inevitable happens and I miss a day. To solve that, I created a "Momentum" system that lets you bounce back and recover after a broken streak. I made an app for it (called Polar Habits,) but I've also created this FREE template with Google Sheets, implementing the same system (albeit more basic.) Enjoy!
