Hi everyone, I run a generative AI infra company, unified API for 600+ models. Our team started deploying AI agents for our marketing and lead gen ops: content, engagement, analytics across multiple X accounts. OpenClaw worked fine for single agents. Since there’s a few discussions recently on $4 VPSes we thought you might be interested in Symbiosis, a cheaper and simpler managed k8s provider. Supported features include external LBs, encrypted+replicated storage and autoscaler. Infrastructure can be managed with UI, CLI, Terraform or Pulumi. A large part of our (Real Kinetic's) business is helping organizations implement platform engineering, but we've found the existing tooling to be lacking. For IaC, Terraform state becomes a pain because TF treats infrastructure as "one-shot" commands. The Kubernetes controller model provides a nicer approach to managing infrastructure, but the tooling here is also lacking. For configuration management, Helm just doesn't really scale with complexity, nor does Kustomize. Hey HN, my colleagues and I have been working on Constellation for 1.5+ years. We open sourced it today under AGPLv3. It's a standalone Kubernetes engine/distribution that operations-wise is very much vanilla K8s (v1.24). Security-wise, it comes with some new concepts: It's designed to shield K8s clusters as a whole from the cloud. The goal is that not even the cloud provider and its employees can access any data in a cluster.
