This project (Agents Observe) started as an exploration into building automation harnesses around claude code. I needed a way to see exactly what teams of agents were doing in realtime and to filter and search their output. A few interesting learnings from building and using this: - Claude code hooks are blocking - performance degrades rapidly if you have a lot of plugins that use hooks - Hooks provide a lot more useful info than OTEL data - Claude's jsonl files provide the full picture - Lifecycle management of MCP processes started by plugins is a bit kludgy at best The biggest takeaway is…

Hey Folks – Larry, Ajay and Rod here! We address the age old painful problem of digging through logs to find the root cause when a problem occurs. No-one likes searching through logs, and so we spent a few years analyzing 100’s of real world incidents to understand how humans troubleshoot in logs. And then we built a solution that automatically finds the same root cause indicators a human would have had to manually search for. We call it Root Cause as a Service. RCaaS works with any app and does not require manual training or rules. Our foundational thoughts and more details can be found…

We made this because we thought managers could be more strategic and effective for their teams, their stakeholders, and themselves. One central place to get a pulse on project changes, bottlenecks, and updates from across tools. Think of it as a manager IDE. No not an engineering performance measurement tool, a first point of contact to triage and prioritize the day without having to spend time digging into 4-5 information channels (Slack channels, unexpected meetings, task management boards, pull requests, etc). This is our experimental quest at rethinking the manager workflow.…

Most mortgage processing delays aren’t due to risk — they’re due to manual workflows. We’ve been working on SimplAI, an AI-driven system designed for banking and financial services, starting with mortgage operations. The problem we kept seeing: 15–22 day processing timelines Heavy manual document handling (500+ pages per loan) Repetitive data entry + verification loops Underwriters spending hours on non-decision work So we built a set of AI agents that handle the operational layer: Document AI (IDP) → classifies + extracts data from loan docs in minutes Income analysis models → parse tax…

Hi amazing community, I’m Ali a solo founder and ex-SRE. After working at Dynatrace and Gartner, I left my job to build RobinRelay, a Slack-native assistant for noisy alerts and incident memory. The Problem: SRE and DevOps teams get flooded with alerts in Slack. People investigate in threads or the main alert channel… and then the context disappears. So when the same alert happens again (next week, another team, different cluster), everyone starts from scratch. What I’ve Built: RobinRelay watches your alert channels and automatically replies when a recurring alert is detected. It brings…
