Hey HN, I'm a solopreneur and I ship apps like a madman. 16 startups in the last 2 years. I realized I was doing the same thing over and over: set up DNS records, connect DB, listen to Stripe webhooks... So I built ShipFast for 2 reasons: 1. Save time and focus on what matters: building a business 2. Avoid headaches like emails ending in spam or waiting 3 days for Google to approve I hope this boilerplate will be as helpful to you as it is for me. Would love your feedback pls Marc

Hey everyone, Really excited to share what I've been working on. Rapidpages is a prompt-first online IDE, think midjourney for front-end developers. I've been working on this for a while and it's great to see some interest from companies like Vercel in this space. All you need for self-hosting is an OpenAI key and a GitHub oauth app. Simply clone the repo and play with it. It's also available on the cloud at www.rapidpages.io Please give it a try and let me know if you have any feedback, and if you like what I'm doing with Rapidpages, please give it a star on GitHub. Thanks!

I've given myself a 12-month coding challenge to create and validate six mini start-up ideas. Noticing a trend among developers to create and sell their boilerplates, I decided to start the challenge by making a (completely free & open-source) one for myself. I thought it might also be useful for others who like this tech stack. Since I plan to develop and validate ideas quickly during my challenge, having a solid boilerplate is going to be extremely helpful. Here's the stack: - SvelteKit + TypeScript (no NextJS...) - DaisyUI, TailwindCSS - Supabase Auth + Database And this is ready-to-go: -…

Hi HN, I'm Mohammed, a technical founder who loves shipping and giving back to the community. I'm open-sourcing the full-stack engine that powers my B2B product, apflow.co. What it is: A production B2B starter with a Go backend and Next.js frontend. Both are fully Dockerized with separate containers. No Vercel. No Supabase. Deploy the whole thing on a $6 VPS, or split frontend and backend across different providers. You own the infrastructure. The problem I was solving: Every SaaS starter I evaluated had the same issue: they locked me into someone else's platform. Vercel for hosting.…

I built a next.js product catalog entirely on open source modular e-commerce and Vercel's serverless functions. You own the data, the commerce logic is integrated into your project and run through your own APIs. This is a showcase for our Modular way of approaching e-commerce rather than approaching it through Shopify or commercetools APIs. You can follow the twitter thread here - https://twitter.com/RiqwanMThamir/status/1671426435813179394 Looking forward to hearing your thoughts :)
