I started working on my ideas a few months ago. I've shipped 4 apps so far. I love my numbers, so every morning I'd go through the payments dashboard, analytics, bug reports, feature requests, and everything else for each app. I wished for a single place to view it all, so I built Motherboard. It runs locally in the browser and tracks any visible data point from any website with just a click. A single dashboard for everything. Life's good.

    CamelAI▲194

camelAI turns your database into an AI data analyst. Ask questions in plain English, get instant reports with visualizations - no SQL required. Why we built this: - Business teams waste hours waiting for data analysts to build dashboards - Non-technical founders can't get quick insights from their own data - Writing SQL queries is a barrier to data-driven decisions What makes it different: - Uses DuckDB to query terabytes in seconds (built-in, no setup needed) - Supports advanced analytics (cohort analysis, statistical computations) not just basic SQL - Multi-turn conversations: AI explores…

    Zetta▲141

I'd love feedback for our new business intelligence product Zetta (https://zettadata.ai). It's a lightweight, metrics-first approach to analytics that makes it easy to have properly governed dashboards from the jump. We do require registration, but we have a free tier (and I'm happy to give out coupons for the paid tier). To get started: - Connect a database or data warehouse (we support BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Postgres, and MySQL) - Go to the metric builder and set up a data model and metrics. Data models are just references to tables or queries that create the base dataset…

Supaboard: An intuitive admin panel tailored for Supabase. Features: Dashboards: Easily visualize your data. User Segmentation: Segment and manage your users effectively. Problem We're Solving: Building dashboards directly from your database can be tedious and far from enjoyable. Supaboard aims to simplify this process. Why Supaboard? Seamless integration with Supabase and PostgreSQL. Built with NextJS, Tailwind, and Resend. Stage: We're currently at the MVP stage and are eager to gather feedback. What's Next? We plan on introducing data editing capabilities and trigger automation in the…

Hey everyone, I wanted to see if I could build something like DataFa.st myself, so I made MochiAnalytics. I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out. It’s got all the bells and whistles a small team or solo founder would need to track campaigns and to see which channel is driving revenue. It’s a cheaper analytics tool for side projects, indie hackers, and small apps. I honestly wish I could make it free, but it still needs servers, a database, and a backend to keep event ingestion running 24/7, so there are real costs behind it. I’m still working on it and will keep adding more features…

TLDR: I made a public only web analytics without signup. Stores views and visitors for 10 days before deleting data. Exactly 25 days ago today I posted here, proud of my new web analytics. The response was mixed and my post even got flagged (understandable). It was my first real launch and I actually made a sale just a day later of 49$(!). Back then my project was pay once, keep forever. Since then I have sadly went over to the dark side (subscription based). Anyways, I never went back to look at the post after the first two hours, turns out I got a lot of answers. Most answers was something…

Hello everyone. I'm a relatively new developer and I started my first project to go full production recently. It is a directory of payment processors and payment service providers. It's free to use and gives detailed info on their pricing, business model, supported business types, available countries, prohibited businesses and high risk business support. So far only 40 have been added with more to come. And I allow processors to contact me so that they're details can be added to the database. I'll eventually automate this and add verification the months to come. I hope you'll find it useful.…

website: dashboard.io I've been thinking about this idea for a while now and finally got around to building the prototype this weekend. The idea is that you'd drop my JS snippet on your site and I'd start building the "AARRR" table (which I'm actually building this week but imagine slide 4: http://www.slideshare.net/dmc500hats/startup-metrics-for-pirates-long-version). Basically, the system will build that table out for you and then show you how your startup stacks up against others in your space. To be clear, I'll never share your data with anyone. So, if you're a "hosting" company, I'd…

Heya HN! We put together a post [0] explaining the motivation for building Supafana in some detail, but in short: we wanted a way to get to database graphs with an effort similar to starting a Supabase project - in essence, in a few clicks. It feels unusual to open-source what is essentially a SaaS infrastructure project, but it also feels pretty great - all our code is here: https://github.com/fogbender/supafana We have some discount codes available - let me know if you want one ([email protected]). Thanks for reading! [0]…

Our team worked for 1,000 days to create and open-source a web user analytics platform. It is a lightweight (~5 dependencies), “low-tech” PHP/PostgreSQL software that answers the question of what logged-in users are doing on your web application and helps mitigate some risks. Online demo: https://play.tirreno.com Source code: https://github.com/TirrenoTechnologies/tirreno If that's not of interest, there's also a game by @KilledByAPixel: https://play.tirreno.com/game, which has some sentimental flavour. Happy New 20¼ everyone! Dedication:…
