Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. Inspired by the "Ask HN: Share your personal site" last week, I finally came around and built a thing I wanted for a long time: a simple website to randomly explore all the awesome personal blogs without having to subscribe to them all. So this is what I built over the weekend. You click a button and indieblog.page will redirect you to a random page from a personal page... I'm happy to answer any questions you might have.

My partner usually writes substack posts which I then mirror to our website’s blog section. To automate this, I made a simple tool to scrape the post and clean it so that I can drop it to our blog easily. This might be useful to others as well. Oh and ofcourse you can instruct GPT to make any final edits :D

Hey HN, maker here. It was a serious 4-6 months of effort to build this. I have never poured as much love, attention and detail into a project before. So I really appreciate you having a looksie! The homepage has a fresh list of articles every hour and is open to all. Still, I recommend signing up so you can add stuff to your reading list and follow blogs. My initial plan was to monetize this with subtle ads, but that didn't work out as the traffic to the site isn't nearly enough for that.
