Peek▲404Hey HN, My cofounder and I have gotten tired of CC ignoring our markdown files so we spent 4 days and built a plugin that automatically steers CC based on our previous sessions. The problem is usually post plan-mode. What we've tried: Heavily use plan mode (works great) CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, MEMORY.md Local context folder (upkeep is a pain) Cursor rules (for Cursor) claude-mem (OSS) -> does session continuity, not steering We use fusion search to find your CC steering corrections. - user prompt embeddings + bm25 - correction embeddings + bm25 - time decay - target query embeddings -…

Hi HN, I’m excited to share Spot, a simple, cross-platform, React-like GUI library for Go. It is just a few days old and has lots of missing features but I'm happy with the results so far, and looking for some design feedback. Spot is designed to be easy to use and provide a consistent API across different platforms (mainly Mac & Linux). It’s inspired by React, but written in Go, aiming to combine the best of both worlds: the easy tooling & performance of Go with a modern, reactive approach to UI development. Key features: - Cross-platform: Leveraging FLTK[1] & Cocoa[2], Spot works on Mac,…

We recently shipped the Tiptap AI Toolkit (https://tiptap.dev/docs/content-ai/capabilities/ai-toolkit/o...), which lets developers embed LLM-powered editing into rich text editors. Now we’re exploring the next step: making agents operate on documents without a browser involved. The idea is a server-side system where agents can read, write, and transform documents in real time — essentially treating your document layer as a programmable data store that agents can interact with directly. Internally we’ve been joking about the name “real-time agentic document…

I've been building computer-use tools for a while, and I quietly launched this about a month ago (122 Stars on GH). I figured it was worth sharing here. Over the last few months, a lot of computer-use agents have come out: Codex, Claude Code, CUA, and others. Most of them seem to work roughly like this: 1. Take a screenshot 2. Have the model predict pixel coordinates 3. Click x,y 4. Take another screenshot 5. Repeat That works, but it's slow, expensive in tokens, and fragile. If the UI shifts a few pixels, things break. And the model still doesn't know what any element actually is. But the…
