Im working on a mind mapping app that would allow for integration of gamification features and be nicer and easier to remember. I was missing more advanced graphics from apps and being able to treat it as my note taking and learning tool. i.e. how (and why?) should I remember a mind map if it looks the same like all other maps and all i can do is pick couple of shapes and dashed/dotted lines? this simply doesnt work with my brain so i decided to create something better :) map on page is a preview of this, but im curious about the quiz, typing games and cheatsheet, would love some…

I haven't seen anything like this so I decided to build it in a weekend. How it works: You see a bunch of things pulled from Wikipedia displayed on cards. You ask yes or no questions to figure out which card is the secret article. The AI model has access to the image and wiki text and it's own knowledge to answer your question. I built a daily puzzle where a piece of paper is folded and hole-punched, and you predict where all the holes end up when it's unfolded. It's the kind of thing I used to do in grade school with actual paper and scissors, and it turns out the mental version is a surprisingly good spatial reasoning challenge. Three difficulties each day: easy is a 4×4 grid with one fold, hard is 6×6 with three folds. It's built with Next.js. The puzzles are generated deterministically on the fly using a daily seed. The idea is simple: click any place on the map, propose a name, others vote, or it will be auto-accepted in ~5min. No account needed for fresh locations or name duel - only to challenge already-renamed places or vote to prevent abuse. 40k renames so far, and surprisingly people mostly behave. A "marbles-based" puzzle game, feels a little bit like pool, and a little bit like breakout, but it has its own flavor. Three worlds of linear gameplay in single-player mode, with a total of 36 levels, which the player can solve either by a few quick trick shots, or with a patient step-by-step approach.
