Products that do what TimePike – timesheets reconsidered does
Hi, This is my new project (https://www.timepike.com/) which tries to solve basic problem of most small agencies: tracking working hours and holidays of employees and generating invoices for clients. I know that there are many similar solutions out there. Still, I haven't found one solving this problem in really clean, intuitive and super helpful way (for employer as much as for employees). That's why I decided to build one. Any feedback is really highly appreciated! Cheers, Wiktor

Since I went remote(working) last year, I found it hard to track my work/focus hours. To begin with, I started with my mobile stopwatch but found it to be inefficient and distracting. I then tried some time management tools online but they were geared towards enterprises than individuals. Plus, had too many features. So, last weekend I created https://www.timemygrind.com/ - a simple focus time tracking tool that requires no login, no internet and has no ads. Once you finish your work, it shows the times in the table below. I usually pause when I take a break or go out for…

Care to share a screenshot and the 'killer feature' of any of your personal, self-built productivity tools? eg. I made my own calendar and money-tracker last year - there are no other users, it makes no money, I have no plans to make it public, but it holds my life together :) http://i.imgur.com/h2keJDg.png GREAT BECAUSE... it tells me how much I'm going to get paid this month. Absolutely no ulterior motive here (ie. I'm not canvassing opinions for a productivity app startup or anything), just interested.

I started to track my expenses on excel sheets earlier this year. It was interesting to see how much I spent casually on just another hangout with friends or on education. Excel sheets are painful, at least for me. So I built this with my friend: (it's just MVP) http://accountant.besperk.com Edit: Coming up next: > Mobile site and apps asap. > Graphs and reports > SSL > Custom Alerts (when you cross a certain limit, that you define, for certain tag) > Pre populated tags. Tech used: > Rails > on Heroku My co-founder is offline will ask him to add more details on…

Howdy HN, As a small side project, I built a small app to share weekly time schedules. It's been useful for me to help schedule meeting and share semester schedules with friends. I hope some others find some use with it. I have a few more simple ideas to implement with it, and any suggestions are encouraged. Thank you!

http://www.timeclover.com We made a time tracking tool to track hobbies and goals. No billable hours or other enterprise nonsense, just simplicity and what we feel are great graphs and visualizations of how you spend your time. I'm a big fan of seinfeld's method and this is supposed to take it a step further. Instead of planning activities, guilt yourself into not ruining your beautiful history. We’re still expanding the idea, and would love some feedback. Unfortunately everything is somewhat empty until you have tracked for a couple of days, so here is my public profile view to give you an…
