Products that do what Tuki – A GitOps tool for safely running one-off commands in production does
Tuki is a small, open-source utility that lets you run one-off commands in production through Git, bringing version control and code review to production scripts. I built it after accidentally dropping a production table due to a console typo Key features: - Run scripts through Git PRs instead of direct console access - Built-in auditing via Git history - RBAC through standard Git permissions - Simple setup for non-Kubernetes environments - MIT licensed Demo & more details: https://github.com/hundredwatt/tuki Announcement blog post:…

This is my personal todo app, which I made a while back after the original https://xit.jotaen.net/ post. tuido is written in go, with the bubbletea tui framework. My daily workflow involves creating YYYY-MM-DD.md and taking notes, many of which are effectively low-level todos that fall below the threshold for more public or involved issue trackers. Problem was that these half-hazard todos weren't tracked at all. After seeing the [x]it spec, it seemed clear that a little tooling could fix this. I've been reasonably happy with it.

I finally got fed up with making work + personal Git repos work on my machine. Ever clone a work repository and accidentally make commits using your personal email? Or forget how to make your work repos use your work SSH key? Yeah... same. So I built the tool I've always wanted. GitPersona - a CLI tool for managing many git profiles on a single machine. Shoutout to my boy Codex for helping me finally ship this.

Try it at: ssh krnl.duetbrowser.com No sign up, totally free - no download. Let me know what you think. This is a real TUI browser rendering the web as ANSI with its own layout engine. The backend is Google cloud run, running browserbox and the Krnl TUI browser and it is routed through a simple SSH server endpoint. Prior art exists (brow.sh) but I wasn't satisfied with their graphical take. I wanted the raw, old skool terminal days of the early internet - BBS, and old green phosphor library comptuers - but running the modern web, with all the bells and jingle jangle whistles (JavaScript,…

Inspired by lazygit, I have been working on a TUI to manage git worktrees easily, making some workflows for creating and managing worktrees a bit more straightforward. For example, creating a worktree from a PR/MR or from local changes. Executing commands on a worktree, or running a custom tmux session directly on a selected worktree. A lot of other tools are more CLI-oriented. I have tried to compile an honest comparison here: https://github.com/chmouel/lazyworktree/blob/main/COMPARAISO... Some of the code and documentation was written with an LLM if…

An open-source, headless, API-first platform that empowers developers and product teams to create and optimize custom in-app user flows, such as new user onboarding wizards. Beta release on GitHub (star us!): https://github.com/tutim-io/tutim. Why it's better than other form builders or open-source libraries? - Flexible: Seamlessly integrate Tutim with your design system components, APIs, and your backend. -…

https://github.com/chrissound/GitChapter Hello! This is a project I've written on the side for the past year or two. Thought it may be time to perhaps share the project! Essentially I got tired of writing programming blog posts, that were error prone and tedious to copy / past commands. I also got tired of trying to learn from programming posts written by others, and having to setup all the necessary files from scratch. GitChapter (as a user/reader) ultimately allows you to checkout a programming tutorial/blog post directly at a specific "chapter", and…

Hi HN, I'm a creator of Floww, a self-hostable workflow automation tool designed for developers who got frustrated by the limitations of visual builders like n8n. It's still a very early prototype, but the goal is to provide these same features in a code-first approach which allows for building and maintaining more complex workflows more easily. Example: import { Discord, GitHub } from "floww"; const discord = new Discord() const github = new GitHub() github.triggers.onPush({ branch: "main", owner: "usefloww", repository: "floww-dashboard", handler: async (ctx, event) => { const user =…
