Products that do what Turn your dreams into reality with this life planner app does
Hi, this is Ygee, and I'd like to share the story of Y-Pod. Most people believe their big dreams are impossible to achieve, so they settle for less—not because they can’t, but because they feel overwhelmed and disconnected from that distant future. I felt the same way. It was a struggle juggling multiple apps like notes, to-dos, and calendars to plan my goals. I realized a dedicated app to organize my life goals would not only help me but also allow me to showcase my technical and creative skills. That’s how Y-Pod was born — to bridge the gap between big lifelong dreams and small daily…

I've been using a task management tool for the past 1 year that I built. A few months ago, I spent some time to make it more generic because my partner wanted to use it as well and she's been loving it ever since. Love her, but she's a bit biased. Firstly, this is a todo app for your life. Existing tools are built around how we work as employees in a company. With a company, all the habits, goals, vision and rituals are given to you in an employee handbook. The company is our coach, and in most cases, we listen and do as the coach says. Its easier to get things done in this environment. In…

Hi! I'm launching https://intentions.life, a calendar designed for small habits. I used Google Calendar for 6 years, but found it hard to put small habits there, because everything takes up at least 15 minutes worth of space. It was one of the reasons my health deteriorated whenever I was too focused on writing code and talking to users for my startup. So since 2022, I spent my holidays building intentions.life. It lets me configure all my habits/chores in one place, and display them as compact bullet points. You can see the in-depth demos without logging in, and use the…

I've just published my app and I would love to have more feedback on it. I got the idea when I was busy moving around several projects during my last semester. And I always don't know which project I should work on next. Even worse, whenever I'm busy with something, I no longer have time to "read book", "go jogging" etc. That's when I thought it would be great if there is an app that keeps track of all the tasks that you want to do and habits that you want to make. And here it is! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKVr0k9Hax0…

Hi HN, I’ve struggled with anxiety and procrastination for most of my life, feeling overwhelmed and stuck in cycles of stress. A few weeks ago, I decided to channel this experience into something meaningful: TheInnerAlien.co. It’s a platform designed to help people like me manage anxiety and time overwhelm through structured tools, personalized systems, and a supportive community. It’s still early, but I’m excited to share it and hear what you think. Here’s the link: http://www.theinneralien.co I’d love your feedback or ideas on how to improve it. Thanks for taking a look!

I'm trying to get the motivation up to actually finish building out a "real" product, and I found myself needing a "win" to keep my momentum up. So, I hacked out a little one sentence journal app last night. I experimented with a few UI things (e.g.., the autosaving of the sentence for today and so on), so it was a good learning experience also. You can check it out at: http://osod.im

I am a product designer by profession, and recently, I ventured into coding and started developing applications. Today, I'm excited to share a project I've been passionately working on. The concept is a voice-activated journal: just voice-record your thoughts, and the app will transcribe them into text. I built this to help those like me who struggle to build a journaling habit. Also has features that encourage habbit building like a streak/tracker and a threshold marker encouraging you to record a minimum amount. I used OpneAI Whisper to power the transcriptions which means you can…

Hey folks, After a long workday, I'd automatically switch on Netflix and let reruns play in the background—almost mindlessly. I spend all day on screens, so the extra screen time before bed felt draining. I love Lenny's Podcast, but it often felt too intense right before sleep. I've tried reading books as a nighttime ritual, but as a mom of a young kid and a startup founder, it's tough to stay committed to one book over two weeks with so many interruptions and shifting contexts. So I built Tales.so—a platform that converts books into fun, conversational podcasts. It covers everything from…
