Products that do what Vibe Check – UX Benchmark for vibe designs does
Vibe check shares benchmarking insights on any vibe coded URLs like: Make, Lovable, Claude code, V0, etc. Provide a link and we'll share your 'time-to-value'. Provide a URL, set a challenge("Find pricing and subscribe") then AI navigates in real-time to report on UX insights: Interactions, time-on-task, drop-off, etc. What's cool about this is that it gives you some quantitive data to act upon in improving the UX of product journeys. I was going through my app subscriptions and realized I was paying $15 for a pretty good workout app, which seemed a bit high to me. As a software engineer who is also well versed in claude code, I realized that I could likely vibecode a very similar app, or even build something more to my liking. I challenged my self to build something roughly equivalent this afternoon. Workflow was: start with a detailed spec from Claude code describing many of the features common in workout apps. Then paste this into lovable to have it build out the initial mvp. Once that was built, I used claude code…

I've been using Cursor, Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Claude and what not since quite some time now, and we are at a stage where we can just "vibe code" whole apps from idea to execution in a few prompts. I tried this personally to create some side projects that solved little problems for me. But I always got stuck at a point where it just goes into an infinite loop of issues and can't solve the issue by itself. Well I'm a developer, so it's easier for me to dive into the code and solve the problem myself, but that would take a hell lot of time to understand all the code AI wrote for me. If I keep…

Hi HN! A month ago, I realized I was wasting ~40 minutes every day staring at “Generating…” bars on v0, Lovable, and Bolt—enough time to completely lose track of what I was building. That's why I built Vibesuite! Features: Instant desktop + sound notifications (no more manual checking!) Dynamic tab titles – "Generating..." in tab bar Metrics — see how long code generating took Auto-switch – immediately brings you back to the right tab when code is ready Today it supports v0.dev and lovable.dev, and support for bolt.new is coming very soon. Try it out here:…

Hi HN, I'm the CEO at https://replay.io. We've been working on time travel debugging for web development for a while (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=28539247) and more recently an AI app builder that uses that debugger to get past problems instead of spinning in circles (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=43258585). We've gotten to where we can pretty easily build apps to replace business-critical SaaS tools, some of which we're now using internally: * We built our own issue tracker to keep track of all our development projects, tickets, bug…

I built SpecMind, an open source developer tool for spec driven vibe coding. It keeps architecture and implementation aligned from the first commit instead of letting them drift apart. With AI assistants writing more of our code, projects move faster but architectural consistency is often lost. Each developer or AI can introduce new patterns, and after a few sprints, the structure becomes fragmented. SpecMind helps prevent that by generating and maintaining living architecture specs directly from your code. It works in three steps: 1. analyze – scans your codebase and generates…
