A few days ago, I responded to a comment by bloggergirl offering to read anyone's web copy and help. I shot off an email hoping for a paragraph or two of feedback on my startup's copy. Instead I received a professional, detailed deck of tons of invaluable well thought out feedback. It must have taken her an entire afternoon. Here's a link to it: http://www.slideshare.net/shereefb/recommendations-for-bettermeans To top it off, this isn't someone with a lot of free time on her hands, she's only days away from launching her own startup (page99test) This community blows my mind!

I've made a Hacker News skill for Alexa so people can get tech news while driving, cooking, or cleaning. The first version lists post titles and summarizes articles: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CKVDXC3 I'll have lots of time over the next few months to refine it and add things like - comment summaries - selecting posts by topic, and eventually - answering questions about articles What do you think of the skill? What I should add to it? What do people think about voice assistants in general? To keep in touch, talk to me on Twitter or by email:…

I've built a place where it's encouraged to ask how to start a new software project. Currently it's free but will soon start paying the most helpful devs that answer questions. https://buildfaast.com/

Hey HN, This newsletter didn’t come from a growth hack or content strategy. It started with frustration. Every week, I was drowning in blogs, PR blasts, and Twitter threads trying to keep up with Voice + AI. New models dropping. Partnerships overnight. Startups in India and Asia pushing infra upgrades that no one was covering. But whenever I wanted to know what really mattered, the signal was buried under the noise. And there wasn’t a single newsletter focused on India’s Voice AI ecosystem — most only covered the US. So I built the thing I wished existed: Voice AI Stack — a newsletter on…

Hey HN, I'm Aydin, a 13-year-old developer and indie maker looking to improve the world with my small startups. Recently, I built 2 micro SaaS projects. I spent days & weeks coding features, always telling myself that after coding one more feature I was for sure to get traction. This never happened. The reason: I never launched. With IndieReq, you can launch your startup fast and get real user feedback so you know exactly what features to ship and improve. All you have to do is sign up for free, create a feedback board, and share the public link with your users. It's that easy! If you've…

Hey folks. I have been working on Unsolved.xyz for a bit now. The idea was to help idea stage entrepreneurs make progress using a combination of a self serve game and Founder to Founder problem solving 1. Automated To-Dos that help them make progress from one level to the next 2. As you progress you get access to a network of high reputation founders 3. You gain reputation by helping other founders solve challenges and getting unstuck Reputation is live, but not the To-Dos. It looks a little like a mashup between product hunt and stack overflow. But it is for ideas I really was hoping you…

Hey there HN! I believe the future of AI communication will be more voice and less text. Low-latency realistic voice interactions are finally becoming feasible. I've built a few voice-first apps on Retell AI using Elevenlabs voices. This one uses Claude Haiku for responses and Mixtral to switch between posts and comments. The AI knows about the top 30 posts and their comments on Hacker News right now. After a Google sign-in you can try it free for 10 minutes. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Link: www.rise.ly Hey guys, We just finished building our site, and would be very grateful if some of you guys could test it out. Basically, Risely is curation platform that filters the noise from your social stream and only shows you stories on topics you care about. You just need to connect your social networks and select your topics. Trending stories get bigger as they get more popular. We are in private beta right now, but I have made arrangements and you will receive an invite 5 or 10 minutes after you signup. Thanks

Hey HN! I’ve created (co-created with my co-founder) a tool called demoshake that helps you build interactive demos and use them in your sales process. The idea is simple - you create as many demos as you want, group them and let your sales team use them in their demos calls. You can embed demos in your landing page (iframe style) too. I welcome any criticism and suggestions! Harun
