Products that do what WireHub – easily create and share WireGuard networks does
WireHub is a side project I've been working on, on and off, for close to a year now. It's made with django and minimal javascript. It's a hosted WireGuard config generator/manager, that you can invite others to join your networks and manage their own configs/devices. It's still very much a beta, maybe an mvp, but I just wanted to get some early from the community. Thanks!

Hi HN, I'd like to share a small Go utility I wrote called prxy. The idea was born out of my frustration with accessing my self-hosted services when I'm on the go. I use WireGuard to connect to my homelab, but I really dislike sending all my computer's traffic through my home network — it slows things down and is inconvenient. I wanted proper application-level split-tunneling. A tool I love, wireproxy, got me most of the way there by creating an HTTP proxy from a WireGuard peer. This is perfect for apps that let you configure a proxy. The problem was the other 10%: apps that don't. Think of…

I have started developing a prototype of a WireGuard VPN hub, where I could set a custom exit to a specific device, for example, my TV box would use a VPN in Germany, while my desktop a VPN is Serbia and I could switch the exit in realtime without having to stop the VPN connections and consequently no disconnections (ssh, etc). The project grew, and I ended up adding SOCKS5 and HTTP proxy, Tor exits, exit pools, random exits, timed exits, and exits/routes based on domains or IP addresses. I also added an in-house DNS with several default block lists (malware, gambling, social media,…

Hi everyone! k8s-insider is a CLI tool to manage VPN networks and access Kubernetes workload and service resources directly through a WireGuard tunnel. It started as a simple Helm chart with a linuxserver/wireguard-like container image but, possibly due to my neurodivergence getting the better of me, evolved into a toolbox that, depending on the cluster configuration, can more or less automagically configure multiple networks with dynamic IP assignments and netpol-limited access to the cluster. I’ve found it to be a perfect middle ground between juggling multiple port-forwards and…
