11K+ US Medical Leads (S1 2026)
11,884 newly licensed US doctors ready for cold outreach.
What it does
The secret to high-ROI US healthcare sales is timing. You need to reach decision-makers who just got their license and are actively building their very first practice. We aggressively mined and cleaned the US Government's NPPES registry to isolate the S1 2026 newly licensed professionals. 🎯 What’s inside: - 11,884 fresh, nominative leads across 8 medical niches. - Formatted direct phone numbers and physical addresses. - Zero generic clinics. Ready for immediate outbound deployment.

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
