A coding-agent workbench built around Matt Pocock's coding workflow
Repo URL: https://github.com/ticketry-hq/ticketry Ticketry helps you execute a coding workflow using terminal agents. We run coding agents on tmux-based durable terminals. Each idea you have can be written down, and we take it through grilling, speccing, splitting it into tickets, implementation, and review. The workflow is based on Matt Pocock's workflow. Please have tmux installed for the terminal to work. Also go into your privacy settings and say "open anyway". I haven't signed it yet. Note: This is not a collaboration effort with Matt; it is just uses the skills.

- CACoding Agents swarming your codebaseSep 2025 · infrastructureas.ai · ▲9
I built this because I was tired of creating pull requests in 20 repositories just to change a single line of workflow job version. With Infra as AI, just mention the change. Agents work on all repos in parallel, read the docs, make a bunch of PRs and fill in the description. You can see the demo of the actual dashboard in the landing. Let me know your thoughts :) It means a lot to me!
- CKCodelegate, keyboard-driven coding agent orchestrator GUI for Mac/LinuxMar 2026 · codelegate.dev · ▲5
Do we really need another agent orchestrator? Probably not. But I couldn't find one that matched how I actually work with coding agent CLIs, so I built my own. Codelegate is a desktop app (Tauri 2 + React + xterm.js) that organizes agent sessions into a keyboard-first workspace. I built it to solve a few specific frustrations: 1. I want to navigate everything with both hands on the keyboard. Sessions switch with `Alt+1..9`, panes with `Alt+A/G/T`. No mouse required. 2. I work on the same repo in parallel using Git worktrees. Codelegate has a built-in worktree flow: create an…

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.

Hey HN, Henry from Cactus here! We previously released Cactus Needle, a 14MB agentic LLM for tool call, device use, and structured extraction for phones, wearables, smart homes, small robots and microcontrollers. We got really great feedback here, and have now incorporated the suggestions to release Needle 2. The whole model is a single 14MB binary that runs a full session in 28MB of RAM; 45m parameters at 2bit compression. Needle hits 500 tokens/sec decode speed on a Raspberry Pi 5, sits between 400-1,500 tokens/sec on VR devices like Meta Quest 3S and Apple Vision Pro, and ranges…

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…
