Pay to be #1. The leaderboard resets every 90 days

What it does

A leaderboard where your bid is your rank. $2 gets you on the board, already listed and you only pay the difference to climb. Resets every 90 days so new brands get a shot at #1, and 25% of revenue goes back into promoting the board.

Real growth and paid acquisition strategies with receipts, a free skills library, downloadable AI skills, an ad library and free calculators. Paid for by a leaderboard where your bid is your rank.

Everything on this site is free: real strategies with receipts, a full skills library, and an ad library built for the AI era. The one thing you can pay for is the board, where your bid is your rank and the top five ride along on every page. Organic and paid plays that worked, pulled from Reddit and X. Every one credits the person who ran it and links the original. Facebook ads, Google Ads, SEO, creative, copywriting, landing pages. One email address unlocks the lot. Downloadable skill files that teach Claude what the ad platforms changed. Built on the open Agent Skills standard. Ads worth stealing from. Learn from them yourself, or hand them to your AI as reference material. The shelf,…from advertisingishard.com

I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
