AI app that auto-creates presentations from just a topic
I recently built an AI app that transforms a simple topic into visually stunning presentations, saving users countless hours of manual work. I'm excited to share this with the HN community and get your valuable feedback, thoughts, and suggestions. What are the potential use cases you can think of? How can we improve it further? What challenges or ethical concerns do you foresee in AI-generated presentations? Let's discuss the impact of AI on productivity and the future of presentations!

In plain words
This AI application automatically generates presentations from a user-supplied topic, creating visually designed slides without manual effort. It is designed for anyone who needs to produce presentations quickly. The tool eliminates the time-consuming process of building slides from scratch by using artificial intelligence to handle content and design generation.

Hi, I'm a high school teacher from Australia and I've built what I'd like to think is a pretty nifty ChatGPT powered presentation tool for teachers. I'd love it if you could have a look at it and give me some of your feedback. I don't think there's much overlap with the HN crowd and school teachers, but I've been coming here for many years and thought I'd post here and see what you all think. Check it out if you have a minute and I'd be super happy to hear your feedback too. https://www.slidehero.ai/ You can jump in and have a play with the tool all you like ;) Cheers, Eli

Though successful, I wondered: "Why, in 2024, are we still creating presentations in such a primitive way?" From Rough Demo to Validation I built a simple command-line tool during weekends that could generate basic slide content from outlines. Despite its limitations, colleagues who…

Hi HN, Today we’re launching GPT-4 answers on Phind.com, a developer-focused search engine that uses generative AI to browse the web and answer technical questions, complete with code examples and detailed explanations. Unlike vanilla GPT-4, Phind feeds in relevant websites and technical documentation, reducing the model’s hallucination and keeping it up-to-date. To use it, simply enable the “Expert” toggle before doing a search. GPT-4 is making a night-and-day difference in terms of answer quality. For a question like “How can I RLHF a LLaMa model”, Phind in Expert mode delivers a…
