"All Bitcoin transactions are JPEGs"
I wanted to explore the idea described in the tweet by Paul Sztorc that Bitcoin transactions can be art, so I created https://transactionbitmap.com which operates on the principle that art can be found in unexpected places, including the mathematical patterns and data inherent in blockchain transactions. Art is subjective, just like value is.
"All Bitcoin transactions are JPEGs" launched on September 7, 2025 with 5 votes and more than 75% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 1 year on.

I made a built-from scratch Wayland Compositor to display any GUI app* in the terminal!
