In plain words
AnamDB is a Datalog engine built in Rust with AI-native capabilities and differentiable computing features. Designed for developers and researchers working with logic programming and machine learning, it combines traditional Datalog query functionality with modern AI integration. The engine's differentiable architecture allows gradients to flow through logical computations, making it suitable for applications that require both symbolic reasoning and neural network training.

GraphBit2025 · graphbit.ai · ▲437We built GraphBit to solve the reliability gap in AI frameworks. It’s built on a Rust execution core with a Python layer for accessibility — deterministic orchestration, lock-free concurrency, and built-in observability. We’d love feedback from the HN community, especially from those running multi-LLM or agentic workflows at scale.

Hey HN, Henry here from Cactus. We open-sourced Needle, a 26M parameter function-calling (tool use) model. It runs at 6000 tok/s prefill and 1200 tok/s decode on consumer devices. We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
