Anyone.com – Fixing the broken real estate transaction workflow

Hi HN, I’m one of the founders of Anyone.com, a new platform we’ve quietly been building to fix the chaos of real estate transactions. Call us the Uber of real estate really. Most platforms just list properties. We built the part no one built: the actual transaction workflow. On Anyone, buyers, sellers, and agents collaborate in one shared environment: from search → to agent matching → viewings → offers → deal → closing. We previously built Dan.com to modernize domain ownership transfers (acquired by GoDaddy), reducing transfer times from days to minutes. Real estate is even more broken and…

What it does

In the maker’s words, at launch

Hi HN, I’m one of the founders of Anyone.com, a new platform we’ve quietly been building to fix the chaos of real estate transactions. Call us the Uber of real estate really. Most platforms just list properties. We built the part no one built: the actual transaction workflow. On Anyone, buyers, sellers, and agents collaborate in one shared environment: from search → to agent matching → viewings → offers → deal → closing. We previously built Dan.com to modernize domain ownership transfers (acquired by GoDaddy), reducing transfer times from days to minutes. Real estate is even more broken and 1000x more impactful. So far we’re live in 10 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, and Netherlands with 31M properties indexed and 4.6M agents available to match with. We’re also working on the Anyone Mortgage a financing model designed to make homeownership more accessible for first-time buyers. It’s still in progress, but core to our vision. Read more about the mortgage here: https://anyone.com/mortgages and here: https://anyone.com/whitepaper Would love feedback from anyone who’s dealt with buying, selling, or building in proptech. Cheers, Reza https://anyone.com

Hey HN, My site http://RealtyPerks.com, just went live a few days ago and I have always sifted through HN admiring and gaining advice from everyone out there, so I thought I would show my start up, and would love any feedback from the HN community. It's far from done but it gets the message across. We have been establishing relationships with Realtors on the northeast and are gearing up to start Rewarding some new homeowners. Real Estate isn't sexy, and is hardly ever attacked my entrepreneurs, even though its a 60 Billion dollar market. Although recently sites like 42floors have come up and…

Listed – An agentic platform to rank your business on AI2025 · ▲5

Hi HN, I’m Harrison, co-founder of Listed. Today we're launching our agentic platform to help your business win in the new age of AI. You can try the platform here: https://getlisted.ai And watch the launch video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJUPo6H78z8 The idea for this came from pure frustration. I asked ChatGPT about my own company and it hallucinated, inventing features and getting basic facts wrong. I realized there was no mechanism for a business to provide a verified source of truth to these models. This problem is now existential. With Google's AI…

Hey HN, I wanted to see what happens if you put a large group in control of a site that’s completely built and updated by an AI agent. See the site here: https://youarethepm.com. I first tried this with a small group of co-workers and it worked surprisingly well, so the obvious next step was: give it to a bigger group of strangers and see what we learn. This site is fully autonomous. An AI agent reads this thread, decides what to do, writes code, and ships updates on a virtual computer. I might step in if it gets totally stuck, but the goal is for the site to evolve primarily based…

    We made a Buy Button for real estate2015 · chrome.google.com · ▲9

Hi HN! At Open Listings, we build technology to make buying a house simpler and more affordable. Ultimately, we want to make buying a house as simple as clicking a button. Our core technology is really our transaction process. While we also provide some shopping tools for house hunters, we recognize that people don’t just use 1 site when they’re searching for a home. In the spirit of supporting our clients even if they’er shopping on other sites, we made a “buy button” that we hope will work anywhere. When you click, it looks for address and MLS# on your current page and fills them in on our…

    Update on my startup - very overdue.2011 · ▲13

When I see what some HN members have done in a weekend on their projects, it makes it hard to confess that it has taken us 1 year to get to this stage. I kept trying to make things perfect, but finally I have seen the light - it will never be perfect and even in its current state, I see so much we need to improve, but it's something. Instead of delaying even more, I thought I would release it to the best critics out there - HN say hello to MyProperty.com Hope to hear your feedback, criticism, thoughts.

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.

  • Hey HN, Henry from Cactus here! We previously released Cactus Needle, a 14MB agentic LLM for tool call, device use, and structured extraction for phones, wearables, smart homes, small robots and microcontrollers. We got really great feedback here, and have now incorporated the suggestions to release Needle 2. The whole model is a single 14MB binary that runs a full session in 28MB of RAM; 45m parameters at 2bit compression. Needle hits 500 tokens/sec decode speed on a Raspberry Pi 5, sits between 400-1,500 tokens/sec on VR devices like Meta Quest 3S and Apple Vision Pro, and ranges…
