AP Path Planner
The all-in-one academic planner built for AP students
What it does
AP Path Planner is a free academic planning platform built specifically for AP students. Manage AP courses and assignments, schedule study sessions, track grades, view deadlines on a calendar, and set study goals in one place. I built it as a student after seeing how difficult it can be to organize AP coursework across different tools. Now I'm looking for students to try it and help shape what I build next.
Plan AP courses, assignments, study sessions, grades, and exam goals in one organized dashboard.
Organize your AP classes, track assignments, build personalized study schedules, and monitor your academic progress in one place. Stay organized, study consistently, and understand your progress throughout the school year. Add your AP classes, set exam goals, and keep your academic plans organized. Record assignments, deadlines, and priorities so nothing gets forgotten. Create structured study schedules based on your courses, goals, and available time. Monitor quizzes, tests, and assignments to understand your course progress. Use practice results to estimate your AP exam performance and identify weak areas. View upcoming tasks, study progress, and academic goals from one dashboard. AP Path…from ap-path-planner.vercel.app

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
