What it does

App Store rankings are a black box. AppCharts is a public ranking for indie apps. You submit, people vote, the list is the list. One vote per person per app per week. Votes reset. Nothing is hidden. The homepage Spotlight is paid, on purpose. If you want the top slot, you buy it. If someone wants it more, they outbid you — 1.5× the current weekly rate, hard cap $1,000/week. You lose the slot. No refund. I built it because I ship iOS apps and I was tired of “discovery” meaning ads.

  I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
