ARcheology - Dig Up History

A museum in your pocket

ARcheology - Dig Up History launched on September 26, 2019 with 1 votes. The site was still online in September 2026, 7 years on.

What it does

Utilise augmented reality to unearth exciting finds sure to get the kids excited. Just hold up your iPhone or iPad, look around your real world surroundings and you could stumble upon buried dinosaur fossils just waiting to be dug up.

Download ARcheology - Dig Up History by Uprooted Software Inc. on the App Store. See screenshots, ratings and reviews, user tips and more games like ARcheology…

Thank you for your review, it’s so uplifting to hear your kids are having fun with it!When in ‘View’ mode there is a button to change the scale of the dinosaur. I will aim to make it more clear in a future update, thanks to your helpful feedback. This an excellent app, my son loves it and we go hunting through the forest looking for bones. However once you’ve found the bones there’s no way to take a photo of your child next to the assembled skeleton he just found. All you can do is take a screen shot which leaves the buttons on the screenWith the ability to take AR pictures of the dinosaurs discovered added to his App I would give this 5 stars. Thanks. This an excellent app, my son loves it…from apps.apple.com

It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…
