What it does

Simply by letting them do what they would do when hired: deliver a working solution to production. Your hiring loop is the first impression your candidate has about the company. Stand out by delighting your future employees from day one. All in all, I really enjoyed using the system and I think it gave me a perspective into the company I am applying too as a company that actually cares about the quality of the engineering instead of just if you can pass a random question in a timed video conference.
