What it does

Public, bring-your-own-key demo of the Barber Studio AI hairstyle preview.Barbers sell a result the customer can't see in advance. Reference photos on phones, Pinterest boards, and Instagram screenshots make this worse, not better - they show *someone else's* face with the cut. The customer points at a photo, the barber nods, and both sides hope they meant the same thing.
