What it does

A basilisk is a type of serpent and you are in a duel with another. You have to kill or ensnare your opponent, with one of up to three moves at your disposal and each of you taking turns. Like a modern snakes and ladders you can leap around the board.

A modern variant of snakes and ladders where luck doesn't come into it! Your goal is to kill the opposing snake by forcing it off the board or by landing on its head. But remember, your opponent is trying to do the same to you! A six letter version of Wordle, but with numerous enhancements such as the ability to sculpt your answers before you submit them, assign letter values and to play as many games in a day as you want. Alternatively, try the daily challenge and share with your friends. ( Hint ) A word square where the answers read the same both sideways and downwards.     I posted once before but wanted to share again because a lot has changed. There's now a fairly strong bot to play against (contributed by a community member) and also correspondence games. The combination of these things helps a bit in finding people to play against.
