What it does
Bernibets is a fun prediction game with friends. It spices up your adventures by letting you create point-based 'prediction markets' for anything that might happen during your trip, event, class...whatever! You compete with your friends to see who is the best at knowing when to go all-in on a prediction or when to chicken out and cut your losses. See if you can climb the leaderboard, talk some trash in the market chat, and influence your friends to get an edge on the result to win big!

I wanted to see how difficult it would be to build a web app using a sub-$300 android smartphone. Decided to build a fun predictions website where you could bet virtual (not real) money on predictions made by others, and also make predictions of your own. Building it turned out to be considerably easier and more fun than I anticipated. Primary tools used were: # QuickEdit as the mobile code editor (Note: the free version of the QuickEdit app is riddled with ads, it shows an advert each time you close a tab, but it unfortunately had the best UI of the 3 or so Android code editors I tested.…

With my friends we wanted to have a nice friendly competition (no money involved) about the football worldcup by predicting the results. I though this might interest other groups of friends so I coded a website just for that in 3 days. Nothing ground breaking but I like the suscription system "Doodle" style with just links, no personal infos... Tell me what you think !
