What it does

Pay for ad spot on the house. Every spot opens at $5. Beat the current leader by $1 and the spot is yours, until someone tops you. A spot locks to its leader 30 days after their last bid if nobody beats it.

Auction ad spots on a real house. Ten surfaces open at $1 - outbid by a dollar to take them. Proceeds go toward a home.

  I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
