What it does

Blink — Smart 20-20-20 eye break reminder Most break reminder apps are so annoying you disable them within a week. They interrupt mid-thought, popup during meetings, and nag you even after you've walked away. Blink is different. It watches how you work — not what — and waits for the right moment. In flow? It extends the timer. Stepped away? Auto-resets. In a meeting? Pauses. No analytics, no telemetry, fully open source. Available for macOS and Windows.
