What it does

Do your eyes hurt after spending hours on your phone? Headaches, dryness, that tired feeling… yeah, same. blinky helps you take better care of your eyes without overthinking it. It’s based on the 20-20-20 rule, but instead of just reminding you, it actually helps you follow it by nudging you to take short breaks before the strain kicks in. And here’s the twist: when it’s time to rest, blinky can pause your most distracting apps. No more “just one more scroll” 😅
