It helps customers discover the right products, answer questions, assist with carts, track orders, and hand off conversations to a human when needed. Unlike basic FAQ chatbots, BotPlus is built to support the entire customer journey—from product discovery and purchase to post-purchase support.

It uses your products, collections, pages, and policies so customers can ask product, cart, shipping, return, and order questions in one chat. Merchants get an embedded dashboard, inbox, contact opportunities, cart follow-up prompts, verified order help, and optional Mailchimp or Klaviyo contact delivery. Keep useful customer conversations close to the buying journey while your team stays in control. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano.
