What it does
Open to developers everywhere. We can't wait to see what you build.
Give your agents access to the whole web.
Browserbase is the complete platform to build and deploy agents that browse and interact with the web like humans. One API key gives agents everything they need: browsers at the center that navigate, fill forms, and act where APIs can't, plus Search and Fetch for fast, token-efficient web context, and Agent Identity to get past anti-bot systems, CAPTCHAs, and authentication walls, with best-in-class observability (rich logs, live view, and session replay) and scalable, secure, SOC-2 Type II infrastructure underneath. Browserbase runs 35m+ browser sessions a month across 10,000 customers, including Ramp, Microsoft, and Lovable. Browserbase is the complete platform to build and deploy agents…from browserbase.com

Browserfly2025 · browserfly.app · ▲203Hey Hackers! I've had this idea stuck in my head for a while: what if an AI could actually use my browser for me? I mean, not on some virtual machine in the cloud like ChatGPT agent, but right on my own browser. I finally decided to just build it and see what would happen. I wrote a quick MVP, and honestly, I didn't expect much. But then... it started doing things. On its own. It figured out how to use search engine to find what I needed, read a webpage to answer my questions, and even it can organize my chaotic mess of tabs into neat groups. It was a genuine "whoa" moment for me. That's…

Hey HN! Pilots everywhere are required to keep a logbook of all their flying hours, aircraft, airports, and so on. Since I track everything digitally (some people still just use paper logbooks!), I put together some data visualizations and a few 3D globes to show my flying history. This globe is probably my favourite so far: https://jameshard.ing/pilot/globes/all If you’ve got ideas for other graphs or ways to show this kind of data, I’d love to hear them!

I was the main contributor to workout.lol, an open-source fitness app to easily build a workout routine. The project had traction (1.4k GitHub stars, 95 forks, ~20K visits/month), but was eventually sold due to video licensing hurdles. The new owner stopped maintaining it, and the repo went abandoned. Over the next 9 months, I sent 15 emails to try to save it : no replies. Feature requests & issues were ignored. The community was left with a "broken" tool let's say. I couldn't just let it die So I built the new version from scratch with the same open-source spirit, but a better…
