UI bugs, confusing interfaces, and broken experiences quietly kill conversions. Money spent on ads, SEO, and content marketing goes to waste on frustrated users who leave without a word. Buglet makes it effortless for users to report bugs visually - so you can fix issues quickly, improve UX, and recover lost conversions. Buglet bundles user text, screenshots, and device diagnostics into one clean report - no more guessing what went wrong. Buglet routes every report straight to your team via email, Slack, and your real-time dashboard. Make Buglet your own - customize its colors and styling so it feels right at home on your site. Most feedback tools are built like people actually want to report bugs. They don’t. Unless you make it dead-simple, or better yet - a little fun. After shipping a few SaaS products, I noticed a pattern: Bugs? Yes. Bug reports? No. Not because users didn’t care but because reporting bugs is usually a terrible experience. The project had traction (1.4k GitHub stars, 95 forks, ~20K visits/month), but was eventually sold due to video licensing hurdles. The new owner stopped maintaining it, and the repo went abandoned. Over the next 9 months, I sent 15 emails to try to save it : no replies. Feature requests & issues were ignored. The community was left with a "broken" tool let's say. I couldn't just let it die So I built the new version from scratch with the same open-source spirit, but a better…
